History
Established in 1993
Deep in the heart of beautiful Morrison, CO and just outside of the famous concert venue, Red Rocks Amphitheater, lays the Red Rocks Grill. Located at the end of the main strip of town, 415 Bear Creek Ave is one of the oldest buildings in Morrison. Many businesses have called this location their home, but for us, it has been home since 1993. That year, owner Ana Dejesus opened the restaurant with partner Gary Torscher. Eventually, Ana took full ownership when Gary decided to move on and pursue other business ventures. "The Grill", as regulars have come to call it, has had its share of growing pains. In 1896 the building survived a terrible flood that took the lives of many of the town's original settlers. On March 17th, 2001 the grill survived a massive fire from the rafters of the kitchen. After the fire, and with help of our employees and faithful customers, the restaurant was rebuilt. With more than 20 years of success, we look forward to you joining us for your next meal.
